Privacy Policy
In compliance with national Legislative Decree 196/03 and and EU (European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, regarding the processing of personal data and minimum security measures, the IAM ASSOCIATION, as data controller, is required to provide some information regarding the use of such data:
SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of the shareholders are directly and freely provided by the interested party
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT TO WHICH THE DATA ARE INTENDED
Personal data are processed within the normal activity of the association and for the following purposes:
a) for which consent is not required on the basis of legal, pre-contractual or contractual obligations
– keeping and managing the company books and provided for by the articles of association;
– purposes connected with the purpose and nature of the association, as required by the statute;
b) for the processing (excluding communication) in the context of the legitimate activities of the association of data belonging to particular categories of personal data (relating to the state of health, racial and ethnic origin, life and sexual orientation, biometric or genetic) concerning members, former members or persons who have regular contact with the association;
c) for which the interested party has the right to give consent or not for purposes functional to the activity of the association (eg promotion, periodic sending of electronic communications, etc.);
d) publish in the enrolled list and / or Register, also present on the institutional website and on the mobile app, the identification data of the member (name, surname and city / country of residence) for statistical, study, research and performance purposes only of the association;
DATA PROCESSING METHOD
By data processing we mean their collection, registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, cancellation and processing or the processing of two or more of these operations. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee security and confidentiality. Personal data will therefore be processed lawfully and fairly, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, exact, and if necessary updated, relevant, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes of the processing, protected with adequate security measures. The data will not be disseminated
STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data will be kept, in general, as long as the aims of the Association persist
PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
In the event that the interested party does not communicate their personal data, it will not be possible to proceed with the provision of the services requested by the interested party. All data not necessary to proceed with the provision of the services requested by the interested party are optional.
CATEGORIES
The data (only the indispensable ones) are communicated
– to persons in charge of the processing, both internal to the organization of the writer, and external, who carry out specific tasks and operations for the sole purposes of the association.
– in the cases and to the subjects provided for by law.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
At any time you can exercise your rights (access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability, opposition, absence of automated decision-making processes) when provided for towards the data controller, pursuant to art. from 15 to 22 of the GDPR (listed below);
PUBLICATION AND TRANSMISSION OF IMAGES and OTHER
The Member authorizes, free of charge and without time limits, the transmission and publication and/or diffusion in any form of written, audio and video material for purposes functional to the association’s activity (e.g. promotion, periodic sending of communications, advertising, press releases, etc.); the publication/diffusion may take place on websites, social channels and in print media and/or any other means. I also authorize the conservation of the aforesaid material in the computer archives of the association and I acknowledge that the purpose of these publications is of an informative and informative nature. The video-photographic material will not be used for commercial purposes.
